Today I have some game day snacking BBQ chicken and grilled pineapple nachos for you! These nachos are super easy to make and they are just packed with flavour! The sweet, spicy and smoky BBQ chicken and tangy grilled pineapple combo is such a nice one and it only gets better when you serve it covered in ooey gooey melted cheese on top of convenient finger food tortilla chips! You pretty much just need to grill up some pineapple, toss it onto some tortilla chips along with BBQ sauce laden shredded chicken, spicy jalapenos, onions and plenty of cheese before throwing it all into the oven to melt the cheese. I like to use candied jalapenos when I have them on hand but I also use pickle jalapenos or even fresh jalapenos. These nachos are pretty perfect for munchies to snack on while watching football and I'll admit to making them for a quick dinner every once in a while!

NBC NEWS: All Americans Will Receive a Microchip Implant In 2017 "IndyWatch Feed Food"





Recently, NBC predicted that all of U.S. will be tagged with microchips in 2017. The purpose of the RFID microchips will be to help identify individuals in a matter of seconds.

As NBC explains, they will reveal if you really are who you say you are. A lot of people however think that this technology will give too much power to the government, as they will be able to track every move.




Virginia is one of the states where a legislation is in process to prevent this from happening. NBC also reports about a developed RFID Brain Chip which is now being tested on few individuals.  The microchips use was reported to be included on page 1014 in the H.R. 4872 Read Class II Special Controls Guidance Document under “National Medical Device Registry” where it mentions about a “Class II Device That is Implantable”, and if you wonder if they have passed the bill, the answer is yes.

Having an RFID Microchip implanted in people will not only control their movement, but also their food and money, and as some believe it could even kill those who don’t obey.

The bill HR 3962 is actually the same as HR 3200 bill, except for several words removed regarding the RFID Microchip, however the bill still includes the possibility to Chip Every American.

Four Current Events that Could Challenge the Prepper Lifestyle "IndyWatch Feed Food"

ReadyNutrition Readers, in these uncertain times, many will still say that nothing is certain except death and taxes (Ben Franklin).  Well, eventually we all die, but we wish to postpone that “life-changing” event for as long as humanly possible.  When the SHTF, millions will die: such is inevitable.  The taxes will probably be gone for a good while, but we are going to lay out a “What’s Happening?” of the major threats we will have to deal with that can cause the “death” part.

Current events have revealed some “bleak” news, almost on a daily basis.  Let us look at some of the upcoming events that we need to be aware of:

Today – September 30: The primary “window of opportunity” for a Russian invasion of Ukraine and/or western Europe; heavy rainfall in the month of October will leave the ground too soft for armored and mechanized units to operate an offensive effectively in the region(s).

September 30 – October 7: There will arise problems with the U.S. Dollar, possibly involving some kind of “currency exchange” as SDR’s (Special Drawing Rights) are attempted to be instituted by the IMF within the Federal Reserve and the U.S. Banking System.

October 1: Control of the Internet will be effectively handed off by Obama via the Department of Commerce to foreign control (primarily Russia and China).

November 8: “Super Tuesday,” a.k.a. Election Day in the U.S.  We already know the potential for fraud and civil unrest.

These are some of the “main events” to take note of and monitor closely.  North Korea has been testing missiles and they set off a nuclear device last Friday, 9/9/16.  The threat of EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) from them is very real, along with the same capabilities from China, Russia, and potentially from Iran.  In addition, there are several “hot zones” that can morph into a full-blown conflict and potentially escalate into war, these hot zones being the South China Sea and the islands contested between China and Japan, the two Koreas, Syria, and Ukraine.

What can you, the reader, do about these situations?  From a personal perspective, you can do much to increase your chances of survival for yourself and your family.  Here are some steps, “down and dirty,” to take to prepare yourself if any of these situations turn into a full-blown SHTF scenario.  We’re going to mention these steps (not necessarily in order) and field questions from you in the Comments Section of this blog.  Before this, let us point out the crucial step:

Who doesn’t love chocolate cake? There is nothing as yummy as licking the spatula after frosting one of these masterpieces, everything else simply tastes of sugar. I must say, I was quite skeptical when I was offered this recipe. I mean, the thought of an egg-free, butter-free chocolate cake doesn’t sound that decadent right?

I must say, this is one of the first times I’ve been very wrong about food!

 

I got right to it trying this “baking with avocado” trend to try out my baking skills, could I actually make such a decadent chocolate cake with chocolate frosting made with avocado instead of butter and eggs?

The recipe called for a very strange method, using my hands quite a bit. For once, I wasn’t worried about licking my fingers as surprise, there’s no raw egg to worry about. The rich smell of chocolate was so pleasant and it baked so easily.

The real test was when I served it to my two very smart kids.

Well I have to say, they LOVED it!

When they tried the frosting, they were begging for more, with it’s smooth, almost pudding like consistency. Literally licking the plate when done, I knew we had a winner.

On it’s own, the frosting is rather rich for my palate, literally being only avocado, sugar and cocoa powder, but combined with the cake which was quite moist, it was the perfect pairing. This is a great recipe when one has that guilty feeling, especially when serving to family and friends and of course, a great way to make use of those overripe avocados!

How to: Chocolate Cake With Avocado Instead of Eggs and Butter "IndyWatch Feed Food"

I have to warn you, you’re suddenly going to find vegan cake a lot more appealing than the traditional kind.

Who doesn’t love chocolate cake? There is nothing as yummy as licking the spatula after frosting one of these masterpieces, everything else simply tastes of sugar. I must say, I was quite skeptical when I was offered this recipe. I mean, the thought of an egg-free, butter-free chocolate cake doesn’t sound that decadent right?

I must say, this is one of the first times I’ve been very wrong about food!

I got right to it trying this “baking with avocado” trend to try out my baking skills, could I actually make such a decadent chocolate cake with chocolate frosting made with avocado instead of butter and eggs?

The recipe called for a very strange method, using my hands quite a bit. For once, I wasn’t worried about licking my fingers as surprise, there’s no raw egg to worry about. The rich smell of chocolate was so pleasant and it baked so easily.

The real test was when I served it to my two very smart kids.

Well I have to say, they LOVED it!

When they tried the frosting, they were begging for more, with it’s smooth, almost pudding like consistency. Literally licking the plate when done, I knew we had a winner.

On it’s own, the frosting is rather rich for my palate, literally being only avocado, sugar and cocoa powder, but combined with the cake which was quite moist, it was the perfect pairing. This is a great recipe when one has that guilty feeling, especially when serving to family and friends and of course, a great way to make use of those overripe avocados!

Tommy Chong of ‘Cheech & Chong’ Fame: “I’m Cancer-Free” Thanks to Hemp Oil and the Right Diet "IndyWatch Feed Food"





Cancer is probably the biggest fear nowadays, and its diagnosis literally ruins the lives of millions of people around the world.

This is mostly due to the belief that its incidence means an inevitable death sentence.

Doctors often do not encourage patients to believe in the opposite, so it is a cycle of lost hope and great sufferings which additionally destroy the health of the patient and the family and friends.

Yet, this was not the case with the Canadian actor Tommy Chong of ‘Cheech and Chong’ fame. His nephew in Vancouver introduced him with Dr. McKinnon in Victoria, British Columbia, who gave him a therapy to treat his problem. It consisted of a diet and supplement routine which in only a year reduced the Prostate-Specific Antigen test numbers to the point where the cancer was “no longer a threat.”

As recommended in the “Phoenix tears” protocol by the healer Rick Simpson Chong used hemp (hash) oil as part of his diet. He also attended a session with Adam Dreamhealer, the “world-renowned” energy healer.

These sessions included visualization exercises, group healing, and such complementary methods which help the body enter a prime mental state for healing.




Even though it was a one-time thing, Chong was wise to include it into the healing routine and support the effects. Stress management and emotional healing are incredibly effective in the treatment of cancer, but only a few people can embrace that sort of methodology.

Even though he needed another blood test, MRI, to confirm it, on his twitter account, Chong boasted about his victory over cancer, stating:

I feel the best I feel in years.”

This is only one of the multiple stories of people who prefer to try alternative treatments instead of chemotherapy. Recent studies confirm that this conventional cancer treatment actually makes cancer more malignant.
